Two-Pet Wellness Appointments – Prepaid Scheduling Fee

To better serve our patients and clients, we offer dedicated two-pet wellness appointment blocks. These appointments are designed to provide individualized care for each pet, with 30 minutes per pet (1 hour total).

Please note:

• A prepaid scheduling fee is required to reserve these extended appointments.
• These appointments are for wellness visits only (annual exams, vaccines, routine care).

Why do we require a prepaid fee?

This time is reserved exclusively for you and your pets, allowing our medical team to provide focused, unrushed care for each individual. Because these appointments are longer than standard visits, they are much more difficult to fill on short notice if a client cancels or does not arrive.

The prepaid fee helps:

• Secure your dedicated appointment time
• Reduce missed appointments and last-minute cancellations
• Ensure we can continue offering extended, personalized visits for multi-pet families

How does the fee work?

• The prepaid fee is applied toward the balance of your visit on the day of your appointment.
• The deposit is only forfeited if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

By having a small financial commitment in place, it helps ensure that this valuable time is used as intended—for your pets’ care—while also allowing us to remain available to other patients who need timely appointments.
